About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Business Process Management (BPM) Analyst / Process Excellence Specialist to support the delivery and embedment of a BPM Centre of Excellence (CoE) within a large, complex organisation.
This role will play a key part in improving process maturity, service delivery, and operational efficiency, working closely with stakeholders across the business to drive standardisation, integration, and continuous improvement initiatives.

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Business Process Management (BPM) Analyst / Process Excellence Specialist to support the delivery and embedment of a BPM Centre of Excellence (CoE) within a large, complex organisation.
This role will play a key part in improving process maturity, service delivery, and operational efficiency, working closely with stakeholders across the business to drive standardisation, integration, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and ongoing uplift of a Process Excellence (PEx) Framework
- Facilitate process reviews and optimisation initiatives across business units
- Develop current and future state process models (BPMN) to identify improvement opportunities
- Drive standardisation and alignment of processes to improve end-to-end service delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance business capability, performance, and service quality
- Develop and maintain BPM frameworks, documentation, tools, and training materials
- Provide advisory support on BPM priorities, governance, and best practice approaches
- Work with cross-functional teams including project teams, service owners, and capability leads
- Support the adoption and effective use of BPM tools and methodologies
You are a confident and proactive professional with a strong background in business analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement within complex environments.
Your experience includes:
- Proven experience in BPM / process improvement / continuous improvement roles
- Strong skills in process mapping and modelling (BPMN)
- Experience conducting workshops, stakeholder engagement, and requirements gathering
- Demonstrated ability to deliver process transformation and organisational change initiatives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organisation
- Experience with BPM tools such as Signavio, Blueworks, Promapp or similar
- Exposure to process governance, frameworks, or Centres of Excellence
- Experience in large, complex organisations (e.g. government, utilities, enterprise environments)
- Understanding of customer experience (CX) and service design principles
- Lean / Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodologies
