This is a unique opportunity to join a leading media organisation in a newly created role leading the commercial growth of a luxury retail media network.

You'll work with premium brands, agencies and strategic partners to deliver innovative retail media campaigns that connect advertisers with high-value shoppers.

About the role:
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities nationally.
  • Develop innovative retail media solutions for premium brands.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign delivery from strategy through execution.
  • Build strong relationships with advertisers, agencies and suppliers.
  • Manage campaign performance, pricing and media inventory.
  • Collaborate with internal strategy, solutions and client teams.
  • Drive commercial growth and client satisfaction.
About you:
  • 4+ years in retail media, media sales or partnerships.
  • Experience selling integrated media solutions.
  • Strong commercial and new business development skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for retail media and innovation.
  • CRM and pipeline management experience.
