Warehouse Supervisor

East Coast Warehouse Supervisor Christy Media Solutions is recruiting an experienced Warehouse Supervisor on behalf of our client to support its East Coast warehouse operations. Based in Lititz, Pennsylvania , you will take day-to-day responsibility for supporting and supervising warehouse activity in Lititz while also providing oversight and operational support to the company's Farmingdale, New York location. This is a hands-on working supervisor role . We're looking for somebody equally comfortable organising people and workloads, completing warehouse administration and stepping onto the warehouse floor to pick, pack and despatch when required. Key responsibilities include: Shipping and receiving Unpacking, packaging, picking, packing and despatch Warehouse administration Supervising warehouse employees Planning workloads and resources Supporting operations across Lititz and Farmingdale Providing absence and emergency cover Responding effectively to peak shipping periods Maintaining warehouse standards and discipline Ensuring operational tasks are followed through to completion What we're looking for You'll need a strong practical warehouse background together with previous supervisory or team leadership experience. You'll be comfortable managing a small team while remaining willing to get personally involved in warehouse activity whenever required. Good organisational, administrative and interpersonal skills are important, alongside the ability to plan resources around changing workloads and take ownership of tasks through to completion. Forklift experience or a licence would be advantageous. The role is based in Lititz, PA , with travel to Farmingdale, NY according to operational requirements. Typical hours are 9:00am-5:30pm , although flexibility is essential when deliveries, shipping volumes or customer requirements demand later working. The broad salary target discussed is approximately $75k-$80k , with candidate expectations to be tested. Benefits discussed include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and life insurance.
