Mason Health, a top rural hospital in the region, seeks a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their team in Shelton, Washington (WA) outside of Olympia, WA.

Position Details:
• Post call day off and typically home in time to pick up kids from school
• Well respected and collaborative team of 4 CRNAs seeking a patient focused partner
• Work with a variety of cases including partnering with Ortho, OB/GYN, GI, Surg, Ophthalmology, Podiatry, and Urol
• "We make decisions together regarding the group, so we are seeking a like-minded team player who is interested in being part of those decisions."
• Visa sponsorship available
Compensation:
• Base salary of $300K
• Sign-on bonus of $50K
• Student loan repayment of $60K
• Relo assistance
• Recruitment package of $420K with no state income tax!
