SSM Health Dean Medical Group is seeking a dedicated OB/GYN to join a patient-focused, collaborative team in Janesville, Wisconsin. This role offers flexibility, strong clinical support, & the opportunity to practice high-quality care in a modern, well-equipped setting.
Practice Environment
• XI Da Vinci robotic system w/ open access, no scheduling conflicts
• EPIC EMR w/ DAX Co-Pilot to simplify documentation
• Onsite urogynecology support for seamless collaboration
• Dedicated Nurse Practitioner first assist available at all times
• Culture centered on patient-first care & strong quality outcomes
• Physician voices matter through SSM’s dyad leadership model
Schedule & Clinical Scope
• Choose a traditional 4-day workweek or shift-based model (7–8, 24-hour shifts/month)
• Balanced practice w/ approximately 450–500 deliveries annually
• Flexibility to align your schedule w/ your preferred lifestyle & practice style
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary starting at $400,000 w/ room for negotiation
• Sign-on bonus starting at $50,000
• Relocation assistance provided
