About the School
HARKE has partnered with a multi-campus Aboriginal college in Central Australia that delivers education from Foundation to Year 10 across several remote communities. Unlike larger schools where staff can sometimes feel like one of many, this campus offers a highly connected environment where every relationship matters. With smaller student numbers, a collaborative team and strong community partnerships, educators have the opportunity to make a visible impact while becoming part of a supportive and welcoming community. The college is committed to culturally responsive education and works alongside Anangu families to create meaningful learning opportunities for students.
About the Position
Based at one of the college's smaller campuses, this Senior Teacher position offers the opportunity to play a significant role in both the school and wider community. The role includes a 0.8 teaching load alongside leadership responsibilities and would suit an educator who values autonomy, strong relationships and meaningful community engagement.
