The Opportunity
An established Tier 1 contractor is delivering one of Europe's largest hyperscale data centre programmes and is seeking an experienced Electrical Package Manager to join the project delivery team in Vaasa.
This is a site-based leadership role responsible for the successful delivery of major electrical packages from pre-construction through to commissioning. Working as part of a high-performing project team, you will take ownership of programme, technical coordination, subcontractor management, commercial performance, quality, safety and client interface, ensuring the electrical package is delivered safely, on programme and to the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the electrical package throughout the construction lifecycle.
- Coordinate design information, technical submissions, procurement and installation activities.
- Manage electrical subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme.
- Drive progress on site, monitoring productivity, sequencing and resource levels.
- Work closely with the Project Manager, design consultants, client representatives and wider project delivery team to achieve key project milestones.
- Oversee installation, testing, energisation and commissioning activities through to successful handover.
- Manage package budgets, variations, valuations and commercial performance.
- Ensure materials, plant and equipment are procured, tracked and delivered in accordance with programme requirements.
- Lead site quality processes, inspections, snagging and close-out activities to achieve a high-quality finish.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting and package tracking throughout delivery.
- Champion a strong Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) culture across the project.
- Ensure full compliance with company procedures, industry standards and client requirements.
You will have proven experience delivering complex electrical packages on major construction projects and be comfortable leading multidisciplinary site teams in a fast-paced environment.
You will ideally possess:
- Previous experience as an Electrical Package Manager, Senior Electrical Engineer, Electrical Construction Manager or similar.
- Strong background delivering large-scale construction projects within data centres, pharmaceuticals, semiconductor, battery, industrial, manufacturing, power or other mission-critical environments.
- Experience managing electrical subcontractors throughout the full construction lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems installation, testing and commissioning.
- Ability to manage programme, commercial performance and technical coordination simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Commitment to delivering projects safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.
