The Company

The Role
- Provide leadership to the Accounts Payable team with involvement in day-to-day processing
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships, including coordination of payments and queries
- Handle and resolve escalated issues efficiently while maintaining strong process controls
- Support the team during busy periods to ensure operational continuity
- Apply detailed knowledge of full-cycle AP processes and best practices
- Work with ERP systems to support accurate and timely financial operations
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to coordinate activities and resolve challenges
- Demonstrated experience in a senior Accounts Payable or similar financial operations leadership role
- Strong understanding of end-to-end AP processes and vendor management
- Proven ability to manage escalations and provide calm, effective leadership during peak times
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Candidates will need valid working rights for New Zealand
