The Role
• Manage the site start process from pre-construction through to slab down
• Coordinate trades, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure all documentation, permits, and compliance requirements are in place
• Monitor construction timelines and proactively resolve issues
• Maintain strong communication with clients and project teams
• Work with an experienced and supportive construction team
• Join a builder known for quality, stability, and employee development
• Manage a structured workload with the support of proven systems
About You
• 1+ years’ experience within residential construction, ideally with a WA builder
• Previous Site Supervision experience or a strong trade background looking to step up
• Carpentry or Bricklaying background highly regarded
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Positive attitude with the drive to take ownership and progress your career
