About the role
The Office Manager position is pivotal in managing the upcoming relocation of the Melbourne office in 2027. This standalone role requires a self-motivated professional who can effectively manage their workload while collaborating with various stakeholders across the organisation. The successful candidate will navigate the complexities of office relocation, ensuring a smooth transition for both businesses.
Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate all practical aspects of the Melbourne office relocation
  • Manage packing and allocation of crates/tubs across teams
  • Liaise with removalists and external vendors
  • Oversee office maintenance and repairs
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and contractors
  • Conduct workplace inductions for new employees
  • Maintain a strong focus on Workplace Health & Safety (WHS)
  • Support ad hoc workplace improvement projects.
Skills & experience
  • Proven experience in Workplace Services, Facilities, or Office Management within a corporate environment
  • Strong capability in managing office relocations and supplier relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of organisation and accountability
  • Excellent knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety regulations.
