Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care for PCU and stepdown patients
- Monitor patients with complex cardiac, medical, and surgical conditions
- Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition
- Manage advanced lines, drains, monitoring equipment, and IV therapies
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
- Coordinate patient care from admission through discharge
- Precept and support nursing staff when needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and promote patient safety
Qualifications
Required
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred)
- Active Montana RN license (or eligibility)
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or obtain within six months)
- Recent ICU, PCU, or advanced Medical/Surgical nursing experience
- Cardiac telemetry and EKG interpretation skills
Preferred
- Pediatric nursing experience
- TNCC and ENPC certifications
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $95,000–$105,000 annually
