Site Supervisor / Site Manager – Luxury Residential Construction
Location: Sutherland Shire, Sydney
Salary: Up to $150,000 + Superannuation + Vehicle Allowance (Negotiable Based on Experience)
About Us We are an established luxury home builder specialising in architecturally designed custom residences throughout Sydney's premium residential markets. With a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and exceptional client service, we are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Site Manager to lead the delivery of a landmark $8 million custom home in the Sutherland Shire.
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile luxury build and work alongside leading architects, designers, consultants, and skilled trades.
The Opportunity Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a prestigious new-build residence from commencement through to handover.
You will play a critical role in maintaining programme, quality, safety, and client expectations while coordinating multiple trades and suppliers on site.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site construction activities from groundworks through to completion
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site labour
• Maintain project programme and ensure milestones are achieved
• Deliver exceptional quality control throughout all stages of construction
• Conduct site inspections and proactively identify and resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and company standards
• Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, and project stakeholders
• Manage site documentation, reporting, and scheduling
• Maintain a clean, organised, and professional site environment
• Drive a positive site culture focused on quality, accountability, and teamwork

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager within custom residential construction
• Experience delivering high-end or luxury residential projects valued $3M+
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing, and finishes
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
• Excellent trade management and subcontractor coordination skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Current White Card and relevant construction qualifications
• Valid driver's licence
