UI/UX Designer

About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and ensure a seamless experience.
• Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions.
• Create and maintain design specifications and documentation.
• Develop graphic assets that enhance the user experience.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing.

Requirements:

Must-Have:

• Over 3 years of experience in UI design using Figma.
• Experience in UI/UX development and maintenance for web applications.
• Strong focus on user experience and customer-centric design.
• Proven ability to analyze customer feedback to improve design.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration across teams.

Preferred Experiences:

• Experience in creating landing pages and advertising banners.
• Ability to design solutions for complex domain challenges with a holistic approach.
• Knowledge of information architecture and design system development.
• Experience in making design decisions based on various research findings.
• Background in startup environments or improving functionalities based on customer feedback.
