My client is an award winning agency looking for a strong Midweight or Senior Social Creative for an ASAP start on an initial 4-month FTC, working onsite in London 3 days per week.
This is a really exciting opportunity for someone who genuinely lives and breathes social culture, someone who is deeply immersed in Reddit, TikTok, creator communities, and online culture, and understands how brands can participate in those spaces authentically. Ideally, they’ll have first-hand creator experience or a naturally creator-led approach to creative thinking.
So, specifically looking for someone coming from an agency background, with a portfolio that demonstrates culturally driven social and creative work across a variety of sectors and brands. This role requires someone who can think beyond traditional campaign structures and create work that feels native to communities, platforms, and audiences.
The shape of the work will be fluid, collaborative, and heavily informed by the creators and communities recruited to the platform. The successful candidate will need to work autonomously while collaborating closely with research and community strategy directors across multiple workstreams. This will include helping recruit creators, fuelling and prompting communities, shaping creative responses and outputs, as well as documenting and packaging up thinking for the wider co-creation programme.
Also looking for someone who is culturally switched-on, strategically aware, creatively agile, and comfortable operating in fast-moving social environments. Strong communication skills and the ability to move seamlessly between creative, strategy, and community conversations will be key.
