Required Skills:

• Strong organizational and coordination abilities
• Effective communication skills with clients and stakeholders
• Basic understanding of project management processes, including document control and scheduling
• Ability to manage subcontractor submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental compliance standards
• Proficiency with project management software and databases

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Design-only or EPC projects
• Familiarity with contract administration and cost reporting
• Knowledge of risk management and legal considerations in construction projects

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Prior experience supporting or managing construction projects
