A global insurance company is seeking a IT Service Delivery, Change Process & Governance.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and continuously improve Change Management governance framework
- Ensure adherence to governance standards throughout the change lifecycle (Intake → Planning → Execution → Closure)
- Support decision-making forums (SPB, Project Boards) by delivering accurate, high‑quality information
- Conduct quality reviews of change documentation, impact assessments, and readiness criteria
- Identify and implement enhancements to governance processes, controls, and reporting
- Manage the end-to-end intake process for Requests for Change (RfC) and project/demand requests
- Assess, categorize, and prioritize incoming changes in alignment with business and strategic objectives
- Maintain integrated portfolio tracking, covering progress, risks, issues, dependencies, resources, and budget
- Produce regular reports (KPIs, KRIs, portfolio insights, governance compliance) for senior stakeholders
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates across all relevant systems
- Drive process digitalization and automation using tools such as Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Power Platform
- Standardize workflows, templates, and guidance for project and change teams
- Enhance dashboards and analytics to support continuous improvement
- Lead training, communication, and onboarding activities related to Change Governance and tooling
- Strengthen evidence management and documentation to meet audit and control requirements
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, including FSA guidelines and internal governance policies
- Manage ECF (Enterprise Control Framework) controls, evidence collection, and remediation activities
- Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit to support control testing and audit readiness
- Monitor compliance performance and identify risk areas within change initiatives
- Prepare governance and compliance reporting for senior management and audit committees
- Collaborate with Portfolio Management, PMO, Agile teams, and Technology leadership
- Work closely with Tribe Leads, Product Owners, Project Managers, and the Product Management COE
- Maintain productive relationships with external vendors and partners as needed
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in Change Management, Project/Portfolio Management, or Governance roles
- Strong understanding of process design, governance frameworks, and quality assurance practices
- Ability to structure complex information, manage issues effectively, and influence diverse stakeholders
