Software Engineer (Data Management Platform - Ad Service)

Leading Global EC Company is seeking a Software Engineer (Data Processing)  in Ad Technology Department

Responsibilities:
- development and maintenance of Data Management Platform understanding both business demand and available system assets
- Involved in whole process of web application and data pipeline development life cycle: architecture design, middleware selection, development, configuration setting, release and system operation
- In case of trouble, detecting root cause and recovering with team members proactively with ownership of service/system
- Proposing new technologies, middle-wares, tools etc. to improve architecture of systems

Required Skills:
- 3+ years of professional experience on web / data pipeline application development
- Experience of data processing with Hive, Spark, Kafka, etc.
- Hands-on development experience on either front-end or back-end system
- Familiar with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS and Azure
- Familiar with various OSS and able to investigate, evaluate and adopt it to the system
- Practical knowledge of system performance tuning including OS, middleware, JVM and application
- Familiar with container deployment setting (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins)
- Experience of Frontend development with TypeScript, React, Material UI
- Contributing to OSS community

Working hours: 9:00 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri)
