Production Laborer Spring Lake, MI, 2nd Shift, $14.75/hour Job Summary A growing company specializing in food-grade blending and packaging processes is seeking a Production Laborer to join their dynamic 2nd Shift team. Hours are 2:00pm–10:30pm (Monday–Friday) with some overtime as required. In this role, you’ll be an integral part of the production process, ensuring that high-quality products are prepared, packaged, and shipped efficiently. What You’ll Be Doing As a Production Laborer, your responsibilities will include: Following customer-specific batch and work orders to produce accurate products. Measuring and mixing raw materials according to precise formulas. Assisting with filling containers and drums with products. Packing and prepping finished products for shipment. Cleaning and maintaining workstations to ensure a safe and efficient production environment.
