Healthcare Superintendent

Minimum of five years of progressive experience in construction project management, with a significant focus on healthcare facility construction (e.g., hospitals, clinics, medical office buildings).

Thorough understanding of healthcare construction requirements, including infection control protocols (ICRA/PCRA), medical equipment coordination, and relevant regulations (e.g., FGI Guidelines, AHCA).

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, scheduling, and cost control principles.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and other construction documents.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.

Ability to enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

Relevant certifications such as OSHA 30-Hour and First Aid/CPR are highly desirable.

Experience with project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6) is a plus.
