Pre-Construction Manager

Apply directWe're looking for an experienced construction professional who has a strong background in preconstruction, estimating or commercial project planning.
You'll ideally have:
- 7+ years of construction industry experience
- Previous experience within a Preconstruction or Estimating leadership role
- Multi-family construction experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and building systems
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings
- Excellent commercial awareness, communication and leadership skills
- Experience using Bluebeam, Microsoft Office and platforms such as Procore, Autodesk or similar software.
Compensation & Benefits
