Reporting to: Quality, Environmental, Training and Continuous Improvement Manager

About the Role

An opportunity is available for a detail-oriented Quality and Environmental Co-ordinator to support quality management, environmental compliance and continuous improvement across multiple production sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain quality documentation, SharePoint records and document control systems.

  • Manage training records, audit schedules, calibration logs and corrective action records.

  • Conduct internal ISO audits and support ISO 9001 audit preparation.

  • Coordinate environmental inspections, waste collection and environmental monitoring.

  • Maintain environmental records and support EPA reporting and IPPC Licence compliance.

  • Identify quality and environmental issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.

  • Experience with documentation systems such as SharePoint, SAP, Power BI and Shopfloor.

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.

  • Understanding of quality control and environmental compliance in a production environment.

  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving.

  • Ability to work independently, communicate effectively and identify areas for improvement.
