Technical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of a complex data and infrastructure project.
You will take ownership of the integrated project plan, delivery schedule, resources, risks, dependencies and governance, working closely with the client, delivery teams and third-party suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning and delivery across data and infrastructure workstreams.
• Develop and maintain the project plan, schedule, milestones, dependencies and critical path.
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage project risks, issues, actions, decisions and change requests.
• Oversee quality assurance, testing and acceptance activities.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, project reporting and governance meetings.
• Provide clear and regular project status and governance reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Manage project assumptions, constraints and dependencies.
• Maintain project documentation and delivery artefacts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate project reviews and retrospectives, capturing lessons learned.

About You

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager delivering large scale, enterprise wide data, infrastructure or technology projects.
• End to end project planning, governance and delivery experience.
• Experience working across data, storage, infrastructure or data centre environments.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor and supplier management skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex dependencies, risks and delivery milestones.
• Comfortable working with technical teams and translating technical requirements into clear delivery plans.
• Experience in HPC, high-performance storage, research computing or large-scale data environments will be highly regarded.
• Experience across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
