We’re looking for an organised and proactive Scheduler to coordinate technology deployments across a network of retail stores. You’ll manage schedules, liaise with field technicians and third-party contractors, and ensure installations are delivered smoothly and on time.

- Liaise with technicians, electrical contractors and other third-party suppliers
- Manage deployment timelines, appointments and schedule changes
- Track progress and keep project information up to date in Asana
- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve scheduling issues
- Experience in scheduling, coordination or project support
- Strong organisation and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience coordinating technicians, trades or contractors is highly regarded
- Experience with Asana or similar project management tools
- Ability to manage multiple deployments and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
