An experienced Organisational Change Lead is required to support a major ICT transformation program within a local council. This contract role will lead change management activities that drive adoption, minimise resistance, and ensure successful implementation of technology initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and transition activities.
  • Conduct change impact and readiness assessments.
  • Define and track change success measures.
  • Coach leaders and managers through organisational change.
  • Embed change management activities into project delivery plans. 
About You
  • 5+ years' experience in change management on large, complex projects or programs.
  • Strong knowledge of change methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working alongside project teams in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
  • Council experience desirable
