An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Corporate Associate with 4–7 years' post-qualification experience to join a leading international law firm in Dubai. This role offers exposure to a broad range of high-profile domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, working alongside a highly regarded team advising multinational corporations, financial institutions, private equity sponsors, and government-related entities across the Middle East and beyond.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer looking to develop their career within a collaborative, international environment while taking on significant client responsibility and complex transactional work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and general corporate matters.
  • Supporting and leading transaction workstreams, including due diligence, drafting, negotiation, and transaction management.
  • Advising on shareholder arrangements, corporate governance, and commercial agreements.
  • Working closely with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions on cross-border transactions.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers where appropriate.

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified lawyer with 4–7 years' PQE gained at a leading international or top-tier regional law firm.
  • Strong experience in M&A, joint ventures, private equity transactions, ECM and general corporate advisory matters.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Experience working on cross-border transactions and coordinating with international stakeholders.
  • Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong academic credentials and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
