Legal Associate

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a growing healthcare group in Indonesia. Our respected client is seeking a Legal Associate to be based in West Java.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle and coordinate business licenses, permits, and regulatory requirements for existing and new hospital operations.
• Support legal processes related to land acquisition and property matters for expansion projects.
• Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Liaise with relevant government authorities, external parties, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide legal support for corporate, commercial, and expansion-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law from a reputable university.
• 3–5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in licensing, permits, land acquisition, and/or corporate legal matters is highly preferred.
• Experience within healthcare, property/development, or other multi-site businesses would be an advantage.
• Hands-on, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willing to be based in Cirebon, West Java.
