The role
As a Customer Service Consultant, you’ll be the friendly voice (and brain) that people rely on. You’ll:
- Chat with customers by phone, email and online, and make their day easier
- Solve problems, answer questions and be the hero when someone really needs one
- Work alongside a supportive, high-energy team that celebrates wins together
- Learn something new every week, with full training from day one
- Friendly hours. Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. No nights, no weekends, no rotating rosters.
- Great pay. $37.50 per hour plus super.
