You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging veterinary clinics, managing the sales cycle end-to-end, and building strong engagement and trust with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage veterinary clinics across your territory and the wider UK as necessary
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from initial outreach to close
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations (in-person and virtual)
- Understand clinic operations and tailor solutions to customer needs
- Develop long-term relationships with practice owners, managers, and clinical teams
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Gather market and customer feedback to inform product evolution and refine commercialisation strategy
- Represent the company at veterinary events, conferences, and trade shows
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B sales (veterinary sector preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a startup environment
- Comfortable with outbound sales and consultative selling
- Passion for sustainability and positive environmental impact
- Willingness to travel within territory and further afield if necessary (Head office in the South West and industry events)
- Full right to work in the United Kingdom
- Experience selling to veterinary clinics
- Familiarity with sustainability, waste reduction, or environmental compliance solutions
- Experience working in an early-stage startup or high-growth company
- Competitive base salary (up to £40K) with performance-based commission
