- Financial transactions — invoicing, receivables, sundry debtors, debt management, cashiering
- Debtor & stakeholder liaison — work with budget holders, debtors, suppliers, and clinical staff to resolve queries
- Accounts receivable duties — reconciliation, follow‑ups, documentation, audit‑ready record keeping
- High‑volume processing — repetitive tasks requiring accuracy, speed, and consistency
- General admin — ad‑hoc office support, data entry, filing, inbox management
You will have:
- Processing / admin experience
- Confidence handling high‑volume, repetitive financial workflows
- Clear communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Solid admin capability and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy under time pressure
- NPC within 6 months old
