We're seeking an experienced Data Lead to lead our client's Data Engineering and Reporting & Insights functions, driving the delivery of trusted data, actionable insights, and modern analytics capabilities across the business.
Leading a small team of Data Engineers and Reporting & Insights Analysts, you'll balance people leadership with hands-on technical delivery, supporting both business-as-usual operations and strategic transformation initiatives.

What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience leading Data Engineering, Analytics, BI or Data teams.
- Strong hands-on expertise in data engineering, reporting and analytics.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
- Experience designing data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes and data models.
- Strong experience with Snowflake and Power BI.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities across BAU and project delivery.
- Snowflake, dbt, SQL Server, Azure, GitHub, Fivetran and Python.
- Exposure to enterprise transformation or data modernisation programs.
- $200k including super
- Initial 12-month FTC
- Hybrid work environment (3-4 days p/w in office)
