PMO Analyst 
  
Supports the entire program by maintaining governance, reporting, RAID, recruitment dashboards, milestones and readiness reporting across all capability portfolios.
  
Responsibilities include:
  • Supports transition governance and reporting
  • Maintains RASCI, RAID logs, actions, decision registers, milestones, and dependencies
  • Produces recruitment dashboards, status reporting, and governance packs
  • Tracks recruitment, transition deliverables, knowledge transfer tracking, and artefacts
  • Coordinates meetings, minutes, and follow-ups
  • Confluence administration
Our client is looking at transitioning some of their IT team offshore and will run a program to get the offshore capability set up. So transition experience, setting up offshore capabilities is the key here.
