About the Role

Collaborating with Leading Insurance Firm, we are seeking for an AI Ambassador / Consultant to help drive AI adoption across the business (1-Year Rolling Contract/ Perm).

You should be passionate about AI, curious about new tools, and comfortable introducing fresh ideas to different business teams.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business users to understand their goals and identify suitable AI solutions.

  • Educate teams on AI concepts, tools, and best practices; run demos, workshops, and knowledge‑sharing sessions.

  • Support the development of POCs and assist in building business cases for AI initiatives.

  • Introduce new AI tools or techniques to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an AI Business Analyst, Project Manager or Transformation Consultant, with exposure to Large Scale Digital and Technology Programmes.

  • Strong passion for AI and willingness to explore and test new AI tools.

  • Business‑facing experience with the ability to consult, influence, and persuade stakeholders.

  • Ability to break down business needs and translate them into practical AI use cases.

  • Excellent communication in Cantonese and English.

  • Consulting background preferred (but not mandatory)
