Project Manager - Artwork & Packaging

An exciting opportunity to join one of the market leaders in the industry as a Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the artwork and packaging operation and developing a strategic plan to elevate the operation to the next level

Key Responsibilities

• Establish, govern, and continuously improve the packaging artwork management framework
• Ensure clear standards, processes, and alignment across stakeholders
• Minimize risks to production and delivery through effective governance and issue management
• Ensure packaging artwork aligns with product positioning and key messages
• Provide guidance on artwork decisions, balancing commercial, brand, and operational needs
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to ensure alignment
• Manage timelines and drive on-time delivery of artwork projects
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary
• Improve processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and consistency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• 5+ years of experience in packaging, artwork, or print production
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
• Fluent in English and Chinese
