This premium boutique, Sydney CBD based firm have a broad range of clients and deliver high-end legal advice to sophisticated, HNWI investors without the layers of hierarchy. Operating with the highest level of privacy expected of their highly successful and high profile clients, this firm are adding to their team due to growth in business.
 

With a flat structure, you will partner colleagues who are all experts in their fields. You will work on a variety of commercial matters around sale of business, management of investments, PE transactions, venture capital investments, provision of foreign investment advice and corporate restructures. You will assist clients with transaction structuring and strategy, due diligence, regulatory advice all the while liaising with ASIC, ACCC and similar bodies.
 

Offering ongoing career development from your highly skilled colleagues, you will work on sophisticated matters, have direct client access all in a genuinely collaborative team. You will bring 2-4+ years PAE, a strong understanding of commercial transactions and experience HNWI clients. Working in modern CBD offices, this team come in together five days a week. Remuneration is commensurate with experience.
