Merchandise Representative / Senior Merchandise Representative – Multiple Categories

You will be based in the Hong Kong office, working closely with cross‑functional teams and supplier partners to support merchandising and buying activities across multiple product categories.

Categories include:
Home, Home textile, Seasonal, Floral, and Beauty

A typical day will include the following:

  • Supporting buying and merchandising strategies to achieve sales and margin targets
  • Managing product assortment, seasonal calendars, and item setup
  • Working closely with vendors and internal teams on pricing, quantities, and timelines
  • Analysing sales performance, sell‑through, and inventory movement
  • Supporting new product development and seasonal launches
  • Ensuring adherence to company processes and merchandising standards

📌 Multiple teams and reporting lines are available, depending on experience and category background.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A university degree with 3–8+ years of merchandising or buying experience
  • Background from a retail, brand, or international buying office environment
  • Strong commercial mindset with good numerical and analytical skills
  • Experience in Home, Soft Home, Seasonal, or Beauty categories is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume retail environment
