Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of accountants across a diverse range of client engagements

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic business and tax advice

• Oversee and review compliance work, ensuring high standards and technical accuracy

• Drive operational efficiency and contribute to internal process improvements

• Play an integral role in business development and client acquisition activities

• Mentor and support junior team members in their professional development

• Work closely with the Directors on firm strategy, growth initiatives, and succession planning

About You

• CA/CPA qualified with 8+ years of experience in public practice accounting

• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver strategic advice

• Strong technical skills across accounting, tax, and business advisory

• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities

• Commercially minded with a genuine interest in contributing to business growth

• Looking for a long-term leadership opportunity with equity potential
