Solicitor - Mergers & Acquisitions (1+ PAE)

The Role

• Advise on a wide range of corporate matters, including private and public M&A, corporate advisory, private capital and equity capital markets transactions.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents and public disclosure materials, contributing to the delivery of commercially focused advice.
• Work closely with partners and colleagues nationally, including collaboration with interstate corporate teams on complex matters.

About You

• You will ideally have 2–3 years’ PQE with demonstrable experience working on and executing corporate transactions in a private practice environment.
• You will bring strong drafting, analytical, research and communication skills, with a commitment to client service and relationship building.
• You will be commercially curious, collaborative and open to adopting new technologies, including AI-enabled legal tools.
