Be part of history as FIFA World Cup 2026 comes to Kansas City. As Supervisor of Event Greeters, you’ll lead the front line of the fan experience—setting the tone for thousands of global visitors arriving in one of America’s most passionate sports cities.

This is a high-visibility, high-energy leadership role where you’ll drive excellence, inspire teams, and ensure every fan’s first impression is unforgettable!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of event greeters to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Conduct pre-shift briefings, assign zones, and communicate real-time updates
  • Monitor staff performance and provide on-the-spot feedback and support
  • Ensure proper staffing levels, coverage, and reports across the entire team of greeters
Qualifications
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic personality with a passion for helping people and creating great experiences.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with large, diverse crowds from around the world.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, outdoors, in a crowded environment
  • To support the excitement of the FIFA World Cup in Kansas City, Supervisors must be available to work ALL of the following major match dates:
    • June 16, 2026 – 8:00 PM: FIFA Argentina vs. Algeria
    • June 20, 2026 – 7:00 PM: FIFA Ecuador vs. Curaçao
    • June 25, 2026 – 6:00 PM: FIFA Tunisia vs. Netherlands
    • June 27, 2026 – 9:00 PM: FIFA Algeria vs. Austria
    • July 3, 2026 – 8:30 PM: FIFA Round of 32 Match
    • July 11, 2026 – 8:00 PM: FIFA Quarterfinal Match
Hourly: $25/hr.
