About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the HR Business Partner will support the Melbourne and Adelaide offices, playing a key role in delivering HR initiatives aligned with business goals. You will work closely with leaders, managers, and employees, offering expert HR advice and driving operational and strategic outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for internal HR queries
- Advising on employee relations matters, including performance management and terminations
- Coordinating onboarding, offboarding, and induction processes
- Leading graduate and seasonal clerk recruitment programs
- Managing performance appraisal processes in partnership with leaders
- Reviewing and developing HR policies and procedures
- Overseeing HR reporting, systems, and administration, including professional memberships and certifications
- Supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Managing staff benefits programs
About You
To be successful, you will bring:
- At least 2 years of experience as a HR Advisor or Business Partner (ideally within professional services)
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Business
- Strong knowledge of employment law and workplace regulations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
