We are partnering with a confidential enterprise organisation seeking an experienced Head of Talent & Capability to lead the next phase of leadership capability and strategic talent development across the business.


Following an initial market search earlier this year, the organisation is now engaging a more targeted and specialised approach to identify a leader with deep enterprise-level experience.


This is a critical hire focused on shaping future capability, leadership programs and sustainable talent pipelines.


The Opportunity


Reporting into senior People leadership, you will play a key role in architecting and delivering enterprise-wide talent initiatives that align closely with organisational strategy.
