Head of Supply Chain – FMCG Retailer (HK & Macau)

The Role

This is a pivotal leadership position responsible for the end-to-end supply chain ecosystem. You will balance the management of proprietary warehouse operations with the strategic oversight of key 3PL partners to ensure seamless product availability across a high-volume retail network.

Key Focus Areas:

• Replenishment Strategy: Direct the end-to-end order replenishment process to maintain optimal stock health and minimize out-of-stocks across all HK and Macau outlets.
• Dual-Model Warehousing: Lead day-to-day operations for the proprietary Distribution Center while simultaneously managing 3PL-operated facilities to ensure consistent fulfillment standards.
• Logistics & 3PL Governance: Oversee the full logistics and transport network, serving as the primary lead for 3PL negotiations, contract management, and rigorous KPI accountability.
• Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement cost-optimization initiatives within the warehouse and transport functions to drive bottom-line performance.

Candidate Profile

• Retail/FMCG Expertise: 10+ years of senior supply chain experience specifically within a fast-moving retail environment.
• 3PL Management Expert: Extensive experience in selecting, negotiating with, and managing 3PL providers to deliver high-level service excellence.
• HK/Macau Knowledge: Deep understanding of the local logistics landscape, including cross-border transport and last-mile delivery nuances.
• Strategic Leader: A hands-on manager who can lead internal warehouse teams while influencing external partners and senior stakeholders.
• Linguistic Skills: Professional fluency in Cantonese and English is required for this regional role.
