Marketing Director

We are seeking a Marketing Director to lead and elevate marketing initiatives for a well-established industry leader in the northwest St. Louis metro area. This full-time, onsite opportunity works Monday–Friday from 8:00am–4:30pm and offers the chance to oversee branding, digital strategy, trade shows, advertising, and corporate communications while leading a collaborative marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with operational leadership and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the marketing department, including oversight of branding, graphic design, web development, and promotional initiatives
• Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital, print, trade show, and advertising channels
• Manage marketing campaigns, market research, and competitive analysis to support business growth
• Supervise and mentor marketing team members while presenting marketing results and initiatives to executive leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing leadership experience, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, or B2B environments
• Prior experience managing employees and leading marketing initiatives across multiple channels
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Experience with branding strategy, trade shows, advertising, and content development
