Junior Sales Traders, Asset Management Group

One of our clients, an asset management group is hiring junior front office professionals to support continued business growth. This role sits close to clients and trading desks, with a strong focus on execution, client coverage and revenue generation.

Key responsibilities:

• Discuss trading strategies, market intelligence and market flow trends with clients
• Build and maintain strong working relationships across assigned client accounts
• Execute trades accurately and efficiently across relevant asset classes
• Generate client trading flow, crossing opportunities and daily revenue
• Support client origination efforts and identify new business opportunities
• Act as a high‑touch point of contact for key client relationships and account management
• Identify and develop revenue opportunities within the existing client base
  
  

Requirements:

• 1–4 years’ experience in sales trading or execution across multi‑asset cash (equities, bonds, FX, funds) and/or derivatives
• Solid understanding of front‑to‑back trading processes and execution flows
• Strong familiarity with market data platforms such as Bloomberg and FactSet
• Client‑focused mindset with strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced trading environment
• Programming skills in Python and/or VBA
