Our client, a leading provider of allied health services, is seeking a passionate Speech Therapist to join their collaborative and client-focused team in Berwick. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of speech, language, and communication disorders. Working closely within a multi-disciplinary team, you'll play a key part in supporting client progress and community wellbeing.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments for children, adolescents, and young adults to identify communication needs
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to individual client goals
- Develop clear, actionable therapy plans and comprehensive progress reports
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families, offering practical communication strategies
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Educators, and other allied health professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and sessions
- Participate in regular team meetings, professional learning, and community outreach programs
What Do You Need?
- Recognised qualification in Speech Pathology and current SPA membership
- Experience or strong interest in working with a diverse caseload across age groups
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- A proactive, compassionate, and client-centred approach
