Accounts Assistant

KLC Recruitment is currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Accounts Assistant to join a supportive finance team on an ongoing part-time basis.

Working 3–4 days per week, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their finance career in a friendly and collaborative environment where personality fit and attitude are highly valued.

The Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will support a small team of two with a range of day-to-day accounts administration duties including:

• Keying and processing invoices
• Assisting with weekly payment runs
• Managing credit card payments and subscription purchases
• Differentiating and applying taxes across various countries
• General accounts and finance administration support

This role is not high-level Accounts Payable, making it ideal for someone with some administration or junior finance experience who is eager to learn and grow.

• Basic understanding of accounts processes preferred
