Kōrero mō te tūranga | About the Role
This is a night shift position where you’ll take ownership of plant performance, working across both preventative maintenance and breakdown response. You’ll operate with a high level of autonomy, identifying faults, resolving issues, and ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
With initial onboarding on day shift, you’ll be set up for success before transitioning into nights, where your ability to think on your feet and solve problems independently will be critical.
Ngā kawenga | Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults to minimise downtime
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance across plant equipment
- Identify root causes of breakdowns and implement solutions
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reporting
- Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety standards
