Senior Content and CRM Manager

We’re partnering with a fast-growing global technology business looking for a commercially minded content marketer to take ownership of content, CRM and customer engagement strategy. Reporting into the CMO, this is a hands-on role suited to someone who loves storytelling, enjoys building things and wants to see the direct impact of their work. Headquartered in Sydney, the brand is a trusted partner to businesses across 21 countries and entering its next phase of growth.

Content strategy and development is at the heart of the role. You’ll lead the creation and distribution of high-quality, audience-first content across LinkedIn, email, blog, web and campaign channels from customer case studies and thought leadership pieces through to social content and nurture campaigns. You’ll be a confident writer able to simplify complex B2B solutions into clear, engaging narratives, while also bringing a good visual eye and confidence creating polished assets.

The second pillar of the role is CRM and customer engagement. Working across HubSpot, you’ll manage segmentation, workflows, email campaigns and nurture programs to improve engagement. You’ll ensure content remains relevant, visible and aligned to broader business priorities. Collaboration is a big part of the role, working closely with Sales, Product and external partners to keep marketing activity connected and commercially effective.

This opportunity would suit a creative and commercial marketer with strong experience in content marketing ideally within a B2B technology, SaaS or agency environment. You’ll be proactive, organised and comfortable managing multiple workstreams, while bringing both creative thinking and commercial awareness to the role.
