Senior CRM & Content Manager

We’re partnering with a fast-growing global technology business looking for a commercially minded CRM marketer to take ownership of the customer journey end-to-end. Reporting into the CMO, this is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys CRM strategy but is equally comfortable implementing campaigns.

Headquartered in Sydney, the brand is a trusted partner to businesses across 21 countries and entering its next phase of growth.

The key focus of the role is embedding a new CRM practice, leveraging Hubspot which is new to their business. You’ll map out CRM programs, building trigger-based email journeys and you’ll manage segmentation, workflows, campaigns and nurture programs to improve engagement. Building customer retention will be a key driver for you.

Ideally, you’ll have a flair for storytelling too, and will be able to develop high-quality, audience-first content across LinkedIn, email, blog, web and campaign channels from customer case studies and thought leadership pieces through to social content and nurture campaigns. You’ll be a confident writer able to simplify complex B2B solutions into clear, engaging narratives, while also bringing a good visual eye and confidence creating polished assets. Product and external partners to keep marketing activity connected and commercially effective.

This opportunity would suit a creative and commercial marketer with strong experience in content marketing ideally within a B2B technology, SaaS or agency environment. You’ll be proactive, organised and comfortable managing multiple workstreams, while bringing both creative thinking and commercial awareness to the role.
