An established professional services firm with a strong national footprint is seeking an experienced People & Culture professional to join their Sydney office. You’ll be part of a collaborative and modern HR function that partners closely with business leaders to deliver strategic and operational outcomes across workforce planning, performance, remuneration, and talent management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and operational HR advice to Partners and staff across allocated practice groups.
- Lead initiatives in performance, remuneration, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
- Support talent management and learning programs that strengthen leadership capability.
- Contribute to projects focused on employee experience, culture, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues nationally to align systems, data, and metrics.
About You:
- 5+ years’ HR experience within professional or corporate services environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Sound judgement and ability to build trust at senior levels.
- Experience using data and HR systems to drive decisions.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR or Business.
