A rare opportunity has opened within a major infrastructure program – a $4 billion linewide fitout for Sydney Metro.
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the resourcing team from mid-October. This role is covering a mix of parental leave and vacancies and will see you managing 8–10 active roles at any time across infrastructure, rail, and building portfolios.
Reporting into senior managers, you’ll work hands-on with hiring leaders while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This is a fast-paced delivery role, ideal for someone with SuccessFactors (SF) experience and strong recruitment foundations.
What’s on offer
$120,000 – $140,000 + super (pro rata).
3–6 month contract with potential to extend or convert to permanent.
On-site role, Pyrmont projects.
